RoomPe is an erstwhile effort to solve the issue of accommodation for millennial. RoomPe is very much keen to solve and organize highly fragmented Student residence & accommodation, paying guests, hostels with an urban co-living solutions with interference of technology, adding a sense of community with ultra-vibrant designs and facilities at nominal leasing policy

We need any 2 documents

  • 1. Copy of College ID card / Employee Card
  • 2. Copy of  Aadhar  and either of Licence / Passport

1. Copy of registration with FRO

2. Copy of Student / Workinf VISA & Passport with validity

3. Copy of Nationality

4. Copy of College ID Card / Employee Card

5. Copy of College Admission Letter / Job Letter

6. Copy of Resident Proof of native country

There are no fix timings; however, entry and exit post 10:00 PM are maintained digitally with Spacebasic

 
  • We offer single, dual and triple sharing rooms

  • All rooms are equipped with ACs

  • All studios have bathrooms with 24 hours water, geyser

  • Each student gets a cupboard, drawers with locks; Bed sheet, pillow with pillow cover, duvet

  • Side tables. Study table with a chair

  • Sunblock blinds on windows and dustbins

 
  • As of now vegetarian breakfast and dinner on weekdays and vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekends are provided

  • Breakfast: 07:30—09:00 AM

  • Lunch: 12:30-02:00 PM

  • Dinner: 07:30-09:00 PM (Weekday) / 08:30 – 10:00 PM (Weekend)

At RoomPe , we ensure a speedy resolution of the issues raised by our customers. For the same one can raise a ticket and file their complaints. The ticket is raised via App. All the tickets has TAT and escalation process in place.
